ORDERING

How do I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount code, enter it at checkout. On a mobile phone, click on "Show order summary & discounts" at the top of the page to find the discount code box.

Why can't I apply two discount codes at checkout?

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Can I order a custom candle?

Yes, you can order a custom candle! To do so, please contact us via email at maibacandles@gmail.com. You can choose any scent from our scent list, and we will customize the candle for you. For custom labels, only the candle name can be changed, while the rest of the label information will remain the same.

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over DKK 500. Please note that this applies after any discount codes are applied.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within Denmark typically takes 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Denmark. We are exploring options to expand our shipping services globally. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How do I extend the life of my candle?

For the first burn, let the candle burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use to maintain a clean burn and prevent soot buildup.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us at maibacandles@gmail.com to report the issue and we'll make it right.

Can I suggest a new scent?

Yes, we welcome your suggestions! Feel free to send us a message on Instagram or email us at maibacandles@gmail.com with your ideas.

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact us at maibacandles@gmail.com to initiate a return.

What if I don't like the scent after burning the candle? Can I exchange it?

We do not offer exchanges or returns on used candles. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Custom candles and items on sale cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
