As per EU regulations, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. This applies for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at maibacandles@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can be inspected but must not be used, and you will be responsible for any loss in value.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty candle, please contact us immediately at maibacandles@gmail.com. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the item.

For issues arising after the candle has been used, it is your responsibility to demonstrate that the fault lies with us. We recommend following the care instructions for proper usage to extend the life of your candles.

Please note that natural wear and tear from regular use, such as diminished scent throw or wax residue, does not constitute grounds for a return. Additionally, issues arising from improper use, such as burning the candle for extended periods or in drafty areas, are also not covered under our guarantee. We recommend following the care instructions provided to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
