Order Processing
1. Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
1. Domestic Shipping (Denmark)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Shipping cost: DKK 45
Shipping Carriers
- We use trusted shipping carriers such as DAO for all deliveries.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Maiba Candles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages
1. Damages
- Maiba Candles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
2. Lost Packages
- If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at maibacandles@gmail.com. We will assist you in tracking your package and resolving the issue with the carrier.
